Special Rates:
Traditional Kings or Double/Doubles: $229.00++ per night (4/28 SOLD OUT, 5/3 & 5/4 very limited availability)
Rates will be available three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the event dates, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.

Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 13.45% plus $3.00 per room, per night, city fee, and 1.75% New Orleans Convention & Visitors’ Bureau assessment fee. All taxes are subject to change.
The group discounted room rate deadline for reservations is April 10, 2023 at 5 pm CST. However, rooms are limited (first-come, first-served basis) and may be sold out before this date. PLEASE RESERVE EARLY as our allotment of group negotiated rooms may sell out and/or could be at regular rack rates based on availability. We will not be able to refund or credit tuition fees due to the inability to book a room during the conference dates. Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees are the responsibility of the registrant.
Individual Room Deposit/Cancellation Policy:
A one-night room and tax deposit will be taken at the time of reservation, this is refundable for all reservations cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival. All reservations within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a late cancellation fee and the deposit is not refundable. Any reservations that no show also forfeit the deposit.
Parking:
On-site parking is $35+ daily and valet parking is $48+ daily for overnight and parking. Attendees staying at the Sheraton will receive a 20% discount off prevailing valet parking rates. Rates are subject to change.
