Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to login each day? How do I claim credit?
There is no need to login. Just be sure to view the conference in real-time as it’s livestreaming. Immediately following the conference, you will receive an email with information to access our CME365 learning portal. You will need to login and complete the post-conference survey. Once completed, you will be able to access and print your certificate. It is your responsibility to report the actual hours attended.
Can I answer the audience response questions (ARS)?
At this time only our in-person attendees can submit responses to the questions posed in the presentations, but we strongly encourage that you note your answer and compare it to the in-person audience responses and correct answer.
How can I ask the speakers questions?
After each lecture, faculty may leave time for audience Q&A. If you have any questions, please use the Live Chat feature on this website. We will do our best to ask the presenter your questions during the Q&A period if time allows. Tips: In case of any time lag, we recommend posting your questions prior to the end of the lecture. Please limit your question to one per presentation, and do not close the chat until your question has been answered. If you are watching in full screen mode, please minimize the viewing window to access the LiveChat button. Finally, we cannot guarantee that there will be time for all questions but we will try our best.
Can I submit feedback on the speakers each day?
There is just one evaluation at the end of the conference. Tip: You will be asked to evaluate each speaker, so you may want to keep a notepad or document on your computer with your comments each day, which can be copy/pasted into the evaluation on the final day.
Where are the recordings? Can I watch the recordings instead of the livestream?
Directly following the conference each day, the recording can be found in the “Related Videos” section of this page. They will be listed as Day 1, Day 2, etc. This webcast is accredited as a live activity and needs to be watched in real time to claim credits. The survey must be completed immediately following the last session of the conference in order to receive credit. The recordings are provided as an additional resource and are convenient to refer back to if you want to re-watch any portion of the conference. The recordings will be available for 30 days after the conference ends.
