Experience the Winning Tastes of Palm Coast Cuisine
Nestled along the northeastern coast of Florida lies the city of Palm Coast, just north of Daytona Beach and south of Jacksonville.
The city of Palm Coast is home to over 80,000 year-round residents and attracts thousands of visitors each year looking to relax and unwind on its sandy beaches. Palm Coast, Florida is known for its stunning waterways and natural beauty. Two popular attractions, outside of the beaches, include Bing's Landing, a waterfront park where visitors can do everything from eat the best BBQ in the state at Captains BBQ to fishing and kayaking.

Palm Coast, Florida is also known for its delicious food. There is one restaurant in particular that is a hotspot for foodies, aspiring chefs and fans of Bravo’s hit show Top Chef.
Mamaling’s Asian Street Food
Mamaling’s Asian Street Food is one of the best dining experiences Palm Coast, Florida has to offer. Mamaling’s provides customers with a taste of Southeast Asian cuisine. The restaurant was started by Top Chef Season 3 Winner Hung Huynh in May 2017 in Palm Coast. Huynh is a Vietnamese chef that was on Top Chef back in 2007 when the show was filmed in Miami, Florida. Huynh took home the title as winner, and opened up his restaurant this year to serve patrons that come from near and far to taste this leading chef’s creations.
According to Mamaling’s website, the restaurant offers everything from “Vietnamese pho, steamed buns, Japanese ramen, Korean bulgogi tacos and much more.” Mamaling’s offerings a selection of noodle and rice dishes, such as pad thai and tokyo ramen, all made with fresh, high quality ingredients.
The restaurant also offers a selection of small plates, such as szechuan mini tacos or crispy duck spring rolls, main courses and a selection of beer, wine and sake. The presentation of the dishes are sure to wow as well.
Prices range from $4.95 to $8.95 for the small plate appetizers and main courses are an average price of about $15.95 to $23.95, making it a great place to stop for dinner or bring the whole family. If you have a party of six people or more, it is recommended that you call ahead and place a reservation.The restaurant us closed on Mondays and is open Tuesday through Thursday, 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm and Sunday 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
