About Nashville
Nashville...Something for Everyone to Sing About
We are excited to be bringing the 4th Annual Gastroenterology & Liver Conference to Nashville, Tennessee!
Whether you’re interested in music, art, history, food, culture, or fashion, Nashville, known as the “Music City” will give everyone something to sing about. Nashville is friendly and authentic with diverse neighborhoods, a unique musical heritage, and a creative culture that pervades the city. No wonder Music City is consistently rated one of the hottest cities to visit!
There is so much to do in Nashville. No trip would be complete without a visit to the Grand Old Opry, the Ryman Auditorium and Honky Tonks that line Lower Broadway where music is playing day and night. You will find country, Americana, rock, pop, hip hop and just about any other genre of music around town 7 days a week.
Besides music, Nashville has a rich history and southern heritage preserved at multiple attractions around the city. It is home to great museums, art galleries, performance halls and historical monuments. And when you are done exploring, indulge in Nashville’s culinary scene which is hotter than ever. Although Nashville is known for its Hot Chicken, BBQ, and traditional southern “meat and threes,” new chef-driven restaurants are receiving high praise and continue to push Nashville as a culinary destination.
And remember, the 4th Annual Gastroenterology & Liver Conference is designed so that all of the CME education takes place early in the day giving you the afternoon free to explore Nashville with your family and friends!
