Applying the Evidence: Case-Based Strategies for Optimizing Basal Insulin in T2D (Earn 1.5 CME credits)
This case-based CME workshop builds on the main diabetes session with real-world strategies for initiating and titrating basal insulin in people with type 2 diabetes. The workshop translates current guidelines, evidence, and emerging clinical trial data, including once-weekly basal insulin, into actionable approaches for improving outcomes safely and effectively.
