Program Overview
Presented by Continuing Education Company (CEC) for the past 30 years, our Primary Care CME Conference Series is designed to update primary care clinicians in rapidly changing therapeutic areas. This CME activity is comprised of recordings from the 6th Annual National Hospitalist Conference that took place in Austin, TX on September 22-25, 2022. This CME is designed to provide attendees with the information and skills to improve the care of hospitalized patients. The conference's focus is on the practical management of problems commonly encountered in hospital medicine. An emphasis will be placed on recent advances, up-to-date practices, and guidelines for inpatient care. The format of this course is streaming-only (video recordings are not downloadable).
Learning Objectives:
As a result of this educational activity, participants should be better able to:
- Provide an accurate diagnostic assessment for a broad range of disorders commonly seen in the inpatient setting.
- Utilize current guidelines in the management of commonly encountered therapeutic issues presented by the hospitalized patient.
- Formulate comprehensive evidence-based interventions and treatment strategies that will lead to the reduction of modifiable risk factors and improved outcomes.
Post-Test and Evaluation:
After completing the CME activity, you must successfully complete a post-test and fill out a program evaluation form. You will then be able to view and print your CME certificate. Login into CME365 to view your transcript and reprint your certificate at any time.
