Refund Policy

Live Conferences Refund Policy

Please email cancellation requests to registration@cmemeeting.org. A refund (minus a $50 processing fee) or full CEC credit (no processing fee) will be given for written cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the first day of the conference. Refunds cannot be honored after that date, and tuition will be applied as a full credit toward payment for any of our future conferences, virtual webcasts, or online courses. No refunds or credit will be given for no-shows. In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled, CEC will refund the tuition in full but is not responsible for any travel or hotel costs incurred. We will not cancel any conference due to lack of attendance.


Webcasts Refund Policy

Online Courses Refund Policy

CEC is proud to offer trusted, high-quality CME courses designed by expert faculty and tailored to the needs of busy healthcare professionals. To support your confidence in enrolling, we offer a 30-day cancellation policy for eligible purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your online course, you may request a cancellation within 30 days of the purchase date by emailing registration@cmemeeting.org and completing a cancellation request form.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

  • The course must be accessed prior to submitting a cancellation request.
  • Refunds cannot be granted once credit has been claimed for any online course.
  • Learners must confirm that any employer reimbursement has been disclosed prior to refund issuance. False reimbursement claims may result in audit disclosure or denial of future refunds.

Cancellation Options and Processing Details

Cancellations for CME365™ Collection Series, Bundles, and for purchases $999 and over are subject to a 15% processing fee. In lieu of a refund, learners may choose to:

  • Switch to a different eligible online course of equal or lesser value (or be billed for the difference in price).
  • Receive CEC credit that does not expire, which may be applied to any future purchase (no processing fee applies to these options).

All cancellation requests are reviewed by our staff to ensure eligibility and proper processing.
